Sorry guys, I know you already helped me, but the game has changed a bit. I decided to get a newegg preferred account and signed up for 12 months no interest, but I have to spend $1000 to qualify for that offer. Or I could do $500 no interest for 6 mos. at newegg then pay cash for any lower priced parts at other retailers. Well here is what I have so far, this time I came up with my own stuff, so let me know if there is something better out there!
EXPERIENCE WITH BUILDING A PC: Not too much, previously installed a gfx card, memory and hard drive and that's it.
APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: The day the HD 5770 comes out (september 22?)
SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: gaming (with movies, surfing internet, and word processing distant 2nd)
PARTS NOT REQUIRED: keyboard, mouse, monitor- 22 inch viewsonic, seagate 320gig hard drive
PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: newegg unless a really good deal
Antec Twelve Hundred 750 Blue Black Steel ATX Full Tower Computer Case 750W Power Supply - Retail Item #: N82E16811129063 Return Policy: Standard Return Policy
Case + PSU + wireless card= $249.99 +14.99 shipping= $265 (I wouldn't get the wireless card, cuz it has crap reviews- but it's free with this combo.)
OVERCLOCKING: Yes- totally willing to try
SLI OR CROSSFIRE: sure, whatever is most powerful- higher performance single card or two cards at lower individual performance/price
MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1680x1050
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: It's a pet peeve when my graphics card overheats and dies so hopefully a case with excellent cooling abilities, i don't care about noise so much
Also, Thank-you in advance for any suggestions and sorry I don't have any real parts preferences, I have researched quite a bit, but the forum debates are overwhelming !!!! lol
GAMES I PLAY OR WOULD LIKE TO PLAY: Empires: Total War, Crysis Warhead, Supreme Commander, Far Cry II, Flight SimulatorX, Rise of Flight, Storm of war: battle of britain, COD4
Please critique this and let me know if I can do better for less. I know people will probably tell me to get the antec 300 Illusion instead of the 1200 but I am just paranoid about cooling when I overclock and may someday use the extra room. I have had bad experiences in the past with non-overclocked heating disasters. I also tried to make it as future proof as possible without huge spending.

The HAF 922 is a mid tower, not a full. The HAF 932 would be comparable to the antec 1200; the Antec 900 or 300 Illusion would be comparable to the HAF 922. All 5 are good cases with good airflow. IMO you should pick between them based on price and aesthetics.
A HAF 922 at $70 is a great price, but if you try to buy it there - its special order so no reliable shipping date and shipping is $23. Some of the cases at newegg get free shipping, which is huge for cases.

Thank for the input guys and just to clarify, I don't care at all about aesthetics, I do care about cooling and price...so Ill have to keep comparing these cases. Right now it's between the:
Antec 300 Illusion - like the price
Antec 902- seems pretty good, does it have filters for dust?
Haf 922- more expensive but might be better cooling with 200mm fans x2, also don't like the unknown ship date, and no dust filters
Antec 1200- wouldn't have to worry about cooling or upgrades, but expensive
PLEASE, help me pick, i'm bad with these decisions lol!
Does the rest of the build look solid though?
