What wattage did the power calculator show for the components you are using? I put in an E7400, 2 DDR2RAM, 2 SATA HDDs, 1 BluRay drive, 1 floppy drive, 4 USB devices, 4 LED fans, @90% load with 45% capacitor aging, and got 356W.
