OC i5-2500k to 5.0... HELLLP

Current setup is an i5-2500k, ASRock extreme7 gen3, 8gigs corsair ddr3 1600 vengeance, cooled by an H80 with high speed fans.

My issue is my multiplier jumps around and doesn't stay consistent when I have it set above 4.7... in CPUz or ASRock utility, it shows the multiplier moving between 4.4 and 4.7 and doesn't just lock at 4.7 or whatever my clock is. When I had it set at 5.0 it did the same thing, dropping to 4.5 and then moving up then back down then up more. Can I just make it sit at the current clock and stay consistent? I'll post bios pictures in a minute. TIA

Is this a setting I have enabled? Anyone? I just want this clock to sit at 50x100 and stay there =\

This could be turbo boost setting in. Either that, or the CPU is throttling down from either too high of temps or idling.
