New GPU and Watercooling loop

Hey I'm looking to get a loop in my new Raven 3 (Can support 2 240 rads) and I need a gpu still
I have a 700 dollar budget for both gpu and the loop
Opinons?

A solid GPU (560Ti/6950 or better) is going to leave you with $450 at most, which will be tough to do, but could be done with a little ingenuity.
I'd say universal block for the GPU (about half the price of a full cover block, and barely a performance difference if you get the right one), and you could save by getting one of the XSPC Rasa kits (which will have a pump/res, radiator, CPU block, tubing, fans, and fittings for all of the included stuff).
