Which is the best DDR2-1066 mhz 4 GB RAM ???

My budget is 100$ - 120$(max)

Hi.

1- The difference between 800MHz and 1066MHz is not big, so, IMO with 4GB 800MHz is good.

1066MHz: Good option 1066MHz

800MHz: Very good RAM, I have 4GB of this and it's amazing.

one more question that my board supports upto 1066 mhz memory and 1200mhz is OC speed so Can I put DDR2 1100 mhz memory on my motherboard ???

Will it be run fine or make any compatibility issues ???

Yeah, you can install it without problems, but you need set the specifications manually in the BIOS.
