i have the hyper 212 plus cooler and 4 sticks of vengeance ram..for space issues..i have the cooler with 2 fans push and pull..the exhaust fan are ok..but the intake fan of the cooler has lost 15 cm of space between the fan and the fins of the cooler..because of the ram height..are any problems with that configuration ? or can did i need to put a slim fan to fill that missing space..and will have almost touched the ram sticks..? THANKS

Hindsight is 20/20 as the saying goes!
You could have bought a LP kit of that ram and would have no problems.
You have to slide that fan up = i'm sure you've already done that.
Otherwise buy a LP 2x4gb kit and sell a kit.
12mm fans seldom perform very well as cooler fans.

You are good. Remember that the cooler is very good with even one fan. Losing 15% of the second is not a big deal.

Or, the top cooling fins on the vengeance ram can, I think be removed. They are not really needed for cooling 1.5v ram.
