An EA750 will provide plenty of power for 2 cards while saving you quite a bit

This ram will save you some when combo'ed with the CPU, it has the same specs as the OCZ for less after combo

I would suggest waiting a few more days, the 58xx series is supposed to be out tuesday.

Here is a Combo for your case & PSU... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Comb [...] mbo.246414

You would be safe with hunter315's combo to but for $25 more you get what many think is the best PSU you can buy and have plenty of "head room" for growth.

Also, I agree you should wait for three or four more days until the ATI 58xx cards are released this week.

also get a better mobo, the asrock isnt as good as others, ur on a i7 build no need to save 30 bucks with the cheapest mobo.

cooler master haf 922 sucks, theres no point in saving a little money for a bad air flow case compared to antec 1200. hes with a i7 build.

I don't want to seem like I'm siding or saying that I don't like the 922 HAF case, I just like the Antec 1200 better :/ a friend has the 900 and I really like his case, so figured I'd go with its "bigger brother".

What other motherboards would you recommend?

The Antec 1200 is a great case no doubt. I was looking at price point. Before you purchase a sound card, you may want to give the onboard sound a try. It might be better than what you expect.

Okay I'll hold off on the sound for now then.

Will I need those cable extensions for the PSU that comes combo'd with the case?
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Comb [...] mbo.246414
The PSU is specifically for the larger cases, so everything should be long enough.

And about the motherboards what about this board?

Imho Yes, unless you want the power cable not to be hidden and run across the length of the mobo.

I built 2 with the Antec 1200 and Corsair 1000w PSU and still had to get the cable extension.

Reply to Yoosty

I agree with Yootsy on the extensions. The PSU might be long enough since it is built for the case but for the extra $9, I would purchase one to be safe.

Alright to be on the safe side, I'll go with it.
What's another $9 when I'm already spending like $1500 lol. Thanks

Still undecided on the mobo though
