My Dell works fine having the 320 GB HDD having almost all software from O&O to monitor but the LED Monitor show the temp around 116°F + or - 1°F to 2°F some time the fan works perfect the place also stays cool at this time of the year . I want is the temp OK or how to make it more cool as no way to add more fans in this model rest all perfect .

I don't understand? It sounds like you are trying to cool down your hard drive. You could get something like this.
