Hey guys. I want to start streaming video on Justin.tv, and I need a good capture card. I am looking for the best I can get for under $50, and it needs to work with Windows 7. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Actually this is the one I bought last week or so. It's cheap, has a good picture and it actually runs on the same chip that the ATI TV Wonder cards use. So you're getting a pretty good unit.

Of course this may not be what you need. It works with Windows 7 tho and works flawlessly with Media Center! I had to get an analog tuner because I'm using a set top box through it, btw. So if you need a hybrid or digital tuner, this isn't for you. Anyways hope that helps! And if you don't shop here, I reccomend looking for one at newegg.com .. they have tons of selections for under $50!!
