How do i boot from my other drive?

I`m running windows Xp sp3 on two drives, last night It seems one of my drives has been locked up by ransomware and I`ve since removed this but now I can`t boot from this drive. HELP

Press F2 key at startup go to boot tab, make other drive 1st in boot sequence. (Follow directions at bottom of screen)
