Which PSU should I get?

So yesterday I noticed a nice little burning smell in the room, which got worse by the minute.
Turned out the smell was coming from my crappy Coolermaster Extreme Power 550w.
Now I'm looking for a new PSU and not quite sure which one to get. These are the ones available over here, so which one would you guys recommend?

Well I didn't bother posting the specs because I'm pretty much limited to those 2.

It's a local shop, need my PC asap, so I'm getting one of these 2. Just not sure which one yet.

The antec one is a deactivated item on newegg and 380W! While the Zalman is 600W. Why such a huge gap in choices? Now how are we going to advice if you don't say the config?

As i said, Corsair VX450W for me! Out of the two, i would got the Antec way.

As much as I like Antec, if the Zalman is 80+ certified and the Antec is not, I'd probably get the Zalman. At the very least, it will have been tested and found able to provide 100% of its labeled output, and do it efficiently.
