I am having problem of freezing while playing games and sometimes while using softwares like Picasa. Can you help me to solve it???

I am having problem of freezing while playing games and sometimes while using softwares like Picasa. Can you help me to solve it???

Freezing during games indicates graphics card is not compatible with game (s) you play, while your image organizer might indicate OS problem.

Try Windows system restore to date when there were no errors.

Otherwise startup with your windows CD inserted and repair-install the OS.
