AMD Online returns

I want to do an online return of a Phenom II X4 955 BE CPU. Part of the online process is to select the OPN for the specific CPU from a drop down list. Trouble is that the drop down list dos not contain the OPN for my CPU.

Anyone come across this before?

The fault is that only 3 cores show as activated.

Did you tried RMA/contact place where you bought it ?

also did you setup you CPU in the BIOS right? i remember there was some kind of bios setting that was for AMD cpu's that used to allow people to enable and disable cores

I'm sure AMD has some place in Asia you can call for support...
