Motherboard help please

im planning to build a new pc.

Core i5-750
Radeon hd 5770
ram 2/3 gb ddr3 memory
i already have a harddisk

im confused about the motherboard

i want crossfire(preferably X8) for future upgrades and ddr3 support.

and also could you let me know whether this configuration will be enuf to play games like assassins creed and crysis in medium settings without lag?????

Thats 150, i think thats bout as cheap as you can go to get 8x/8x CF on intel 1156 boards
