huys,i need help...
i just biught the video card n runs like a devil 
but there's a minor issue,i think...everytime i boot my computer,restart,or when from an off state it makes a very loud noise for about 1-2 seconds...maybe it's nothing,but it's annoying somehow...
any idea what might caused the noise??or is it normal it makes loud noise to boot??
