Ultra Chilltec CPU cooler

Hi,
I have a Ultra Chilltec CPU cooler. When I installed it yesterday and started the PC it took about 30 secs and started to beep. The LED in front said that the CPU temperature was at 210F or 99C. I did put thermal paste on the CPU and on the CPU cooler.

I would appreciate if someone knows about this issue and how to resolve it.

My guess is that the cooler doesnt make a good contact with the cpu base. Try to reinstall the cooler, make sure it makes good flat contact with the base.
