I bought new laptop which came preinstalled with windows 8.
but i have pretty much screwed the administrative rights.
now i want to reinstall windows 8

I tried windows 8 pro but it shows error about key.
So i got to know that the key is deeply locked inside bios

this time,
The computer properties shows
Windows 8 Single Language
64 bit operating system,x64 based processor

So what should i do??
Do I have to buy the windows 8 basic for my notebook??

There should be a sticker on the bottom of the laptop that shows what version of Windows was installed.

This Microsoft article shows you what the label may look like.

Just out of curiosity, what model laptop are you using?

For Win8, there is not product key sticker on the bottom of the laptop. The product key is burned into the bios, so all you need to do is install Windows 8 that came with the laptop and it will automatically activate. There should be a recovery partition, have you tried that? Look at the laptop manual to see what keys you should press to access it.

My new laptops came with no COA's either, and no install CD. You are suposed to make a CD set yourself, but it is to late for you now if you deleted the restore partition. I usesed magic jellybean to get my keys and saved them in notepad for future reference.
