Looks good enough, except for the memory, get 4GB instead of 2GB.
That Corsair 520W will be powerful enough to support a 5870, but I recommend a 5850 over the 5870 because your CPU (which you should overclock to 3.0ghz) isn't exactly the most powerful out there, or just get a 4870 for el cheapo (it plays everything, except Crysis, at the highest settings anyway.)

The 520HX being modular is generally more expensive than a 550VX. If you don't need a modular, I'd save the money and get a different reputable PSU and put the money towards other parts.

Samsung's spinpoint F3 500gb drive is a better performer and is a bit cheaper than the 640 Cav Black.

There is something to be said for 4 gigs if you don't keep your system clean of background programs. But if you run a smooth OS, you can get away with 2gbs and ram is an easy upgrade. I'd stick with 2 gigs if it means you can get more CPU.

For onboard graphics, The 780G, 785G, or 790GX boards do really well. ECS has a quality reputation issue in the states and isn't recommended here. Here's an article that will compare the onboard chipsets:

I'd cut where you can and push for more CPU. If you're waiting for the 58xx cards, that CPU will be a real limitation before even a 4870 can stretch its legs. No sense in buying a big GPU if the an older one isn't used up all the way. If you can get an Athlon II or Phenom II that would be great.

Using US prices, here's the breakdown:
PSU: $50 for an OCZ or Corsair after rebates
HDD: $50 Spinpoint F3 500gb
Mobo: $80 for a solid 785g board
Ram: $60 4gig DDR2 (or you can go DDR3 for $80. The mobo will be the same price.)
CPU: The rest. $110-$137. That puts you in the Phenom II x3 range which is the lowest CPU I'd recommend for the 58xx cards.
