+1 for
ASRock X58 Extreme LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

Also, I see the case listed twice on your list. I hope you aren't actually ordering 2....

I don't see an aftermarket CPU cooler as well. While you can use the stock Intel one, most people will buy an aftermarket one. This one will fit that ASRock mobo without having any clearance issue over the memory units.

XIGMATEK Intel Core i7 compatible Dark Knight-S1283V 120mm Long Life Bearing CPU Cooler - Retail - $44.98 (Free Shipping)

Finally, as everyone else points out, the Radeon prices will change shortly, so if you have a spare PCI-e card that you can use for a few days until the price drops work their way through the system...

I have no plans to overclock at the moment and Id rather spend money on other hardware. I can always buy a new cooler later if I change my mind about overclocking.

I suppose Ill wait till the HD5770 is released and check that out.
