My pc processor amd phenom(tm) II X4 955 processor 3.21 GHz

Memory 8.00 GB OCZ TITANIUM DDR3

Vista 64bit operating system

Motherbord is a gigabyte

Problem is RAM ISSUES when its running in 1333 no problems what so ever but when i change it to 1600 it crashes in games mainly but also on desktop its a bit weird coz it works for a couple of days then it suddenly happens but more frequently so got to change it back to 1333 and its fine again.
So any help would be great just to solve this issue THANKS IN ADVANCE :)

Do you manually set the timings to the manufacturer's specifications?
Do you manually set the voltage to the manufacturer's specifications?

no i jus go in to the bios and change the memory from 1333 to 1600 thats all i do is there something els im suposed to change with it im new to all this

I'm going to assume you are using the OCZ Titanium rated @ 1600MHZ.
If your motherboard doesn't support XMP profiles you may/will need to set the following.

In the BIOS set the following:
Memory Timings:
CAS 8
TRCD 8
TRP 8

In the power control you'll want to set the voltage to 1.8v (which is factory spec, although it seems high).
