Stock 265 heatsnk/fans ok for 290s?

I picked up 2 Opteron 265 CPU's new, they came with the stock AMD heatsink and fan...
I just picked up two OEM opteron 290 CPU's

Am wondering if I install the the 290's with the 265 heatsinks and fans...
should I expect to smell things burning, and risk burning the house down?
