Is there any body who's experianced this type of problem and if so what should I be looking at,just replace power supply suspecting that but i was wrong. Getting costly.

It would help for you to post your computer's specs or model . You can go to Control Panel/ System/Advanced/Startup and Recovery and uncheck Automatically restart under System Failure. This should allow you to see the error code and you can post it here for assistance.
