Is this going to fit? Hyper 212+

I'm about to order parts for a new build and this is one of the last things I have to check off before I pull the trigger.

My case is an Antec DF-85 which is a beast of a case so I believe the Cooler Master Hyper 212+ will fit in the case no problem. What I'm worried about is being able to fit it on the board with my RAM. The mobo is an ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 and the RAM is the Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4). The heat spreaders on that RAM are pretty large so I'm a bit skeptical of it fitting once I install the 212+.

If anyone happens to have this setup or a similar one did you have any problems getting it to fit?

For better compatibility(hsf) i would order the LP version of that ram kit now and for possible future upgrade(another kit).
