Radeon 5670 rig build w/ 1333 RAM

Hello, I have an 6 mo old HD5670 VC and just bought 8gb of 1333 XM3 RAM and I plan on getting the i5-2500k. What else should I get for me to have a stable rig with 4.2-4.5Ghz? I am looking for great value and not expensive parts. Budget is an additional $500 which includes the i5-2500k.

What would be the point of overclocking to 4.2-4.5 with a low end HD5670?

You could run 4 of those video cards and still not bottleneck your cpu at stock speed.

I would recommend a good Z68 motherboard, Asrock, Asus, Gigabyte or MSI.
