I just got a new laptop and am trying to connect to a wireless network. Could you explain how to do this?? I have another computer in the house, but do not remember the security features in order to connect. It's only giving me limited access and no internet connections. Please help!!! Please explain in a "Computers for Dummies" type of way!! Thank you!

You could always try reading Networking for Dummies -- but cheaper and less useless would be to refer to the literature that came with your router (or download the manual from the manufacturer's site). This should help you connect to the router and read off (or renew) the wireless security passphrase.
