Cruzer micro

Hello, I bought a used cruzer micro 256 MB. I was able to erase the junk off of it by dragging to trash, but can't put my stuff on it. It didn't come with any software, just the drive. All the help I have seen is for windows, but I am using Mac. Any ideas?

Can you format it with the disk utility?

Went to disk utility and saw several things to do, but as I am not computer savvy it all was greek to me. I will poke around there a little more. Thanks for your reply!
