i need to instal hp help tools, i don't have a way to recover o reinstal original sound driver.

When was everything working as it should ? Use windows restore for that date and things should work.

If that does not solve your problem, download to your desktop the drivers from your computer vendor site. Uninstall existing drivers. Then Reboot.
Point to the desktop folder when new hardware is recognized.
