Cpu oc power settings?

im overclocking my e5400 to 3.6ghz, theres 2 power settings i can change: vtt volt core and nb volt. which one should i change and what to?

Wow, way to read the rules there Geezer.

I wouldn't touch the voltage until I needed to. Do you need to yet? You haven't told us any settings at all so I have no clue if you need to start upping the voltage. (and if you don't know whether to raise the Vcore or the NB voltage, you need to do a LOT more reading about OCing.)

im sorry guys, its just my experience of these forums isnt a good one.
im fine with the settings, numbers and values but the power settings stump me. i need at least 1.3v on each (vtt and nb) to make my system stable at 266/13.5 but i cant lower one to default and have it still work so dont know which one makes the difference.

can someone tell me what vtt and nb (northbridge, i guess) voltages are for? my head says vtt (volt termination) should be the pivot but nb v still needs to be raised. is it usually both or not? my e5400 reaches 3.2 on standard volts but my ram is slowed. what do you guys set your volts to on ocing a cpu like mine?
