Ok, so here is my issue. Everything is fine with the display and it looks good, right size, everything is ok. Until you leave the computer alone for 15 min, and based on group policy at my company it locks the profile and you have to push ctl alt del and type your password again to unlock it, well after that happens, all the text on the display is broken and strange looking, kindof like chicken scratch... I don't know what to do any help would be great.

From your description I assume that the monitor has lost sync with the video signal. Try reducing the refresh rate of your screen by right clicking the desktop, select properties, and then the settings tab, and then select advanced, and then select the monitor tab and then change the screen refresh rate to the next frequency down (up on the screen)
