Uninstall of HP C309n-s in loop

Hello, got an error for my printer and wanted to uninstall it. It is in a constant loop and won't go away. I can't stop it. Any idea how to prevent this from continuing?

HOw were you "uninstalling it" ?
use safe mode to see if you can correct it.
