My wife plays World Of Warcraft on her HP Slimline s3020n. I'd previously upgraded her computer from the existing integrated geForce 6150SL video card. I put in a 256mb DDR2 geForce 8400 GS 1/2 height PCI-e Graphics Card. Now, I'm wanting to upgrade this to a 1GB card. In a price range of approximately $50-150, what card would you recommend that I purchase?

I don't think there are any 1gb Low Profile cards. That 4650 would be a pretty nice upgrade from a 8400gs though.

You really don't need 1GB VRAM and the 4650 LP is the best Low Profile card that I know of.
