HELP

well i was sitting good on 4.5 ghz with 1.4v but i wanted to change to volts so i started from 1.275 i got a bsod kept trying different volts then gave up and loaded defaults and now i cant get past loading screen nor can i repair my comp

EDIT : disabling speedstep did the trick
