Best compatible motherboard for HD 5850 and Intel Core i7 920.

Hi I m building my new PC with Intel Core i7 920 and Graphics card HD 5850 1Gb.
Plz suggest me the best compatible motherboard for the Intel core i7 920 processor and graphics card XFX Radeon HD 5850 ?
And tell me the type and frequency of Ram that I should buy for best results. Suggest both medium and high range.

Hi, thats good processor from Intel in i7 series but I will recommend i7-930,because
it has same price as of i7-920 and has more features than 920 and i920 is going to vanish soon.
For i7 compatible motherboards you can visit the following link and from my point of view the Gigabyte GA EX58 UD3R is good enough within price ie Rs12000 or $240 .

Men, every motherboard with socket 1366 and Pci-e 2.0 is compatible for i7 920 and 5850......

I think you'r question is, what is better buy...


About memory, if you think to overclock then take one with higher frequency up to 2133mhz, if not take 1333mhz...

Can you tell us, which feature have i7 930?

Except a clock higher, everything is same.....

1)One additional multiplier added
2)Higher stock frequency
3)More OC room
That makes it better in performance and in price as well.I got one and it runs great.

Yes 930 is better, but just becouse have higher clock and nothing else.

And ofcorse for just 10 bucks more, better option is 930 ..
