I've got the same mobo, and have the same problem, although I'm now using 64bit Windows 7 Ultimate. Forum regular Sminlal has posted about how to do this in a couple of other threads, but those methods (also documented at Microsoft.com) don't seem to be working.

Yeah it's a bummer I wouldn't think it would be this difficult. Anyway thanks.

I've done some more research online. Even the latest BIOS (v18) doesn't fix this issue, in fact some people have lost their USB keyboard during boot until they go back to IDE mode.

I'd say this IP35 Pro is headed for the knacker...
