When trying to open my videos i get an error message stating windows has encount

I need help, I am in the mddle of a video project When I try to open "My Videos" I get an error saying windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I have provided below all the information that windows sends on an error report.

Error signature-
AppName: Explorer.Execute
AppVer: 6.0.2900.5512
ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.6055
Offset: 00012406

Please respond to me letting me know if there is any way to fix this and what proper steps/actions I need to correct the error.

Boot from Windows CD & repair install the OS.
