Overclocking E7500

So I am completely new to overclocking and was wondering how to go about it with my rig (specs in member config to the left).

Also how much of a performance gain am I looking at with the stock E7500 cooler?

You have an oem HP motherboard with a locked BIOS. You do not have access to the settings that will enable you to overclock your motherboard.

Well thats a bummer. I guess I will have to put up with my cpu uber bottlenecking my GPU until next year when I build my new computer.
