Looking at two overclocked GTX260 Core 216 cards. The MSI is factory overclocked higher than the BFG, but people point to BFG's lifetime warranty. The BFGis also about $20 cheaper with rebate:

Any clear winner? Replacing a dead 8800GTS 320 so either one will be a massive upgrade.

The BFG, is more cheap, the same configuration and HAVE LIFETIME WARRANTY, the MSI ond't say anything about the warranty.
