Hello,
i changed my front panel on my pc and need to know where the jumpers for the power button, lcd and reset button go on a k8m 8oom motherboard please

As stated above it is in the book. Also they are marked on the motherboard.

Bottom left by the battery I believe.

You should be able to decipher them from the text near the front panel connector. If you do not have the user manual, then google would be your friend here. If you go to the manufacturers page you may be able to download a PDF of the user manual that will give you the layout.
