that all looks great actually, thanks alot !! Now I have a question, are the cases very reputable, or just the only ones you found that might keep me another 900. Cause I guess maybe I will go a tiny bit over 900 in order to make sure I have a good case. But definitely thanks :)

why_me what's wrong another mistake? or intentional ?

you suggested two video cards, gtx 275 (whats with the overclock version having the same speed with stock version) , gtx 260 in a combo with ram.

to OP: are you using two monitors at once?

You have a calculator ? Then add up the total and tell me what you get. Now don't you have school tomorrow or you one of those strange Canadian home schooled kids ?

LOL, funny. Trying to insult me? Aww it's a nice try though you're what 20-40 years older than me and still crying over the fact that I caught your terrible mistake in other thread? Sad just sad, you are probably old, but you act so immature.

Home schooled? I skipped high school and going to university already at a young age that your jealous of? Good try.

you are the one that needs a calculator, try again, fail in math?
yawns grade 1 math..total $1011.91

"Terrible mistake" ? What "terrible mistake" is that ?

lol, a funny guy that suggests a gtx 260 for 2560x1600 LOLLL

read post above..you really need a calculator and you're 20-40 years older than me ?, still can't add?

and now a mistake gtx 275 + gtx 260 LOLLL

now lets say this phrase again LOLLL "Now don't you have school tomorrow or you one of those strange Canadian home schooled kids ? "
you should google better phrases

Is and was there a gtx 275 in this build I posted ? Now this is the last post I'm making on the OP's thread. If you want to keep spamming threads with your very immature drivel let's take it to the "Old Man" forums on here. I'm sure WingDing, Rob D and the rest of the lads would appreciate your company. :)

Thanks why_me, you have been alot of help! :D Now I have been reading alot of people talking about the radeon 5870, do you think I should wait for it or just go with the GTX 275, as in would the difference be that big ? And if I were to wait for the radeon, could I use this same build and just replace the gtx275 with the radeon 5870? or would other things need to be replaced as well. I am just wondering, cause I am ready to just go with the build you laid out, I just want to make sure

You put me on the spot. That gtx 275 is a favorite of mine...but the benchmarks on this 5870 are nothing short of spectacular. No games that I know of support DX11 right now...but in a years time who knows. Personally I would do this....I would order everything now but the vid card. This way you still get those nice combo deals before they change up on them...which can be any day now, and then I would slap it together. Next week I believe the benchmarks for that 5850 come out. Then you can make a better decision on what vid card to order for that build. But for now I would get everything but the vid card and then wait until next week when those reviews/benchmarks are posted.

I will definitely do that, I do think that considering the 2 games I want to be able at max when they come out the most is Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3 at a high framerate, I actually think the gtx 275 would be able to do it lol. But at the same time, you never know when a game comes out thats a heavy hitter and is a must buy, I want to be prepared for that too.

The HD5850 is going to be a close contender to the GTX275, and the HD5870 just passes the GTX285. I like the idea of waiting to see where the HD5850 falls, I have a feeling it will be just ahead of the GTX275, so once Tom's benchmarks it, you can make the call.

Good idea, The only depressing part is that I am planning to purchase all from 1 website to qualify for the bill me later option and the set up he made with the HAF tower that came out to 926.92 on new egg before shipping, 943.44 after....while his set up buying from various sites came out to 897.92 before shipping and i think maybe 910 after with various websites lol.

I really like the zipzoomfly website due to the freeshipping with FedEx, but they dont have all the same items

what you mean by 5870 just "passes" the gtx 285. it DOMINATED IT. by 30% average. even more with Crossfire vs SLI
