I have a dual Xeon 5570 system with 48Gb of DDR3 RAM and am trying to work out which way I should go on graphics cards. 5850/5870 dual setup or wait to see what nVidia releases. I'm running a Quadro580 now and am having performance issues.

I want a gaming card rather than a workstation card but do still want to run two 30" displays at 2500x1600 when not gaming.

Any advice would be welcome.

nVidia won't be releasing anything for awhile, you're better off going for a cross/quadfired 5870.
