Well,Straight to the point which is better for the performance?GTX 560 Ti has 384 core while GTX 560 has 336, but from the review I've seen direct CU have 925MHz core clock while GTX 560 Ti at 822MHz.
I'm not quite understand which is better at this rate,Im planning on buying new cards and both are at same prices...maybe I need some help here.By the way I'll run it on 1440x900 reso.

Well either card will give you a great performance at your resolution but the 560 Ti has that edge over the 560. Both are overclockable and if given the same clocks the 560 Ti will for surely win. I have OC'ed my card past 1000Mhz and according to what read its as good as a 570. I just think that if you are going to spend just a little more get teh 560Ti then just OC it when needed. Plus there are so many variants with custom coolers.

On the performance side the OC of a 560 will land you just above the 560 Ti but if you OC the 560 Ti then the 560 bites the dust. Plus one thing about OC, it is never assured so dont expect to have the same results as others. Its just your luck if you got a good or bad card for OC.

The 925MHz is overclocked to run faster than spec so you'll probably get a few extra frames there, but the Ti has more cores, and is newer card made to perform better than the 560. Also the direct CU has two copper heat pipes running through it for extra cooling. That may be something for you to consider.
