Help, Normal Motherboard Temperature?

Can anyone please help me, my new asus motherboard is at 49c while in load and 45c while idle... Are those temps too high or its just me? What are normal motherboards temps in Celsius? Thank you

Are these motherboard temps or CPU temps?

If motherboard, they are fine. Upper limits of CPU temps, depending on the processor family is about 70 C.

Yea those are M.B temps which i read from Asus Probe II. It also read my AMD II x4 Phenom 965 temp which were fine. The CPU temps were around 33-40C which are perfectly fine but the Motherboard temps were 45-49C.
