Hello,
I've set the BIOS for wake on LAN/wake on PCI/wake on Mouse/wake on keyboard.
None work.
The PSU is a Kamariki 450W. I don't have a lot of power hungry bits installed - single graphics card, 1 x DVD, 3 x HDD, 2 x USB, 1 x PCI Network card.
I've checked the power supply info and it says that the +5VSB is 2.5A max. The BIOS info says it only requires a minimum of 1A.
The ATX main cable is the 24 pin type .
I'm not a hardware guy, so I'm guessing that +5VSB is the +5VStandby on the 24 pin power connector?
Is there something else I need to do to get the wake on LAN to work?

I know to wake from a USB you need to move the jumper on the motherboard near the usb ports to give them the 5 volts when computer is asleep. I am not sure if it will work the same for the ethernet but its worth the try it wont hurt anything by changeing this jumper change it from the 1-2 position to the 2-3 its worth a shot. I had to move mine for it to wake from a USB device so give it a try.
