Boot problems

i have abit i95 mb,sata drive 2 cdroms. When it boots check sun error date time not set. I set date and time save and exit. reboots drives just flash back amd forth wont Boot's Reboot select hd and it boots reboot and it starts all over again. New cmos battery. PLEASE HELP

Reset bios to default or safe settings, reboot and see if it has stored settings, flash could have gone bad.
