I have ATI 3D Rage IIc, maybe now discontinued. XP can detect it, but i tried for ePSXe 1.70 for PS One, on Display Adapter choice, display adapter ATI 3D Rage IIc not appear / not displayed on that program. So, I can not configured display adapter for ePSXe.
How to run ePSXe with ATI 3D Rage IIc display adapter?

Whats the full system because i dont think that XP is actually running its desktop off of a GPU from 1996 with 8MB of Vram. Its time to let old cards die, spend $50 and get an infinitely more powerful graphics card that will be able to run the PS1 emulator properly
