Lg dvd writer software

Hello,
lam having lg dvd writer
it will burn cds but when you play in another writer the information will not be seen
And reading dvd is failing

0) What software are you using to write to the discs, and what OS are you running?
1) Are you "closing" the discs? Most computer CD readers will be able to read an unclosed disk, but a CD player will have a problem.
2) Did it ever work? My highest-probability guess is that your drive is busted.
