You don't need triple-channel RAM with AMD. Here's some reasonable dual-channel: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6820231276 G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL7D-4GBRH - $89.
The ASUS card doesn't exhaust its heat from your case. It is worth another $24 to get one that does.
With the current suggestions I have brought the price down to $512 which is what I was aiming for. I do plan on over clocking the CPU and was wondering if the mobo and the power supply would allow this with no issues?
Your motherboard is a great overclocker and the EA500 is more than enough for your build. In fact, you could go with the Corsair 400CX and use the extra money to buy a CPU cooler.
I like the OCZ obsidian86 recommended, great deal. The Corsair shortstuff_mt recommended is a even better deal but I am nervous to dip below 500w. According to http://www.extreme.outervision.com my build will use 351w of power. Isn't 400w to close for comfort?

The 400CX is a quality PSU and will easily power the system. I wouldn't use a cheap 400W PSU, but the 400CX is actually under-rated. It offers more power than many cheap 500w - 550W PSU's.
