Low Bus Speed but High Core Boost?

Since overclocking my 1055t is pretty much failed, i've tried having a low bus speed (x14 = 3.2GHz) but i enabled core performance boost which will get it up to 3.8.

Is this a good idea? I also have voltage at 1.375
