NH-D14 COMPATIABLILITY ISSUES

Hi,
Im thinking of buying the NH-D14 cooler but i was wondering will it fit on my Asus P6X58D-E with 12gb (3x4) of corsair vengance ram?
Any help would be appreiciated.

plus I think i sorta know but im getting so many mixed messages and some guy with the Asus p9 somethin rather fitted his vengance ram in without changeing anything
