Problems with locked jpg files

Hello,
For some reason, all my jpg photo files are locked/protected. I would like to copy some of them so that I can get them printed. Although I can read them at home,they're all tagged with a little red key symbol and won't work in the shop. Is there some way I can free them up?

You can try running attrib from command prompt to unlock.

The folder/file attributes are probably set to "hidden" on the PC.

To Unhide files Enter this from a command prompt replacing "?" with your drive letter.

attrib -h -r -s /s /d ?:\folder name\*.*



Then Go to explorer to see your files
